Work will commence upon receipt of a signed contract and any agreed-upon deposit.
5. Blacksmithing Workshops
- Enrollment in blacksmithing workshops is subject to availability and payment of the workshop fee.
- Cancellation policies for workshops will be clearly communicated during the registration process.
- Participants are required to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Kindle Grace staff during workshops. Kindle Grace reserves the right to remove any participant from a workshop who fails to comply with safety regulations, without refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our online platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Kindle Grace does not warrant that our online platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
